Paris is the most recommended city for brides and grooms-to-be who wish to take pre-wedding photos overseas, suggest Wang and Zhao.
It is neither too hot nor too cool in the summer. The dusk is long and provides perfect light. At night the sky is dark blue and the Eiffel Tower is orange, presenting a glamorous contrast of colors. And the city's love of romance is impressive. "Once we met an old couple sitting on a bench beside the Saint Martin canal. We invited them to kiss each other and take a photo with the young lovers, and they happily agreed," Wang says.
The photo taken at a foreign street illustrates the traditional promise between newlyweds in China: to hold each other's hands and live together till we are old and grey.
