Chongqing's first cartoon road in operation
A road featuring pictures of cartoon characters on the pavement in downtown Chongqing opened Thursday, Chinanews.com reported.
The figures were added as decoration to the pavement, along with familiar traffic symbols.
The road is 178 meters long and 12 meters wide and painted with imported materials.
