Under the witness of excellent women flying from other cities in China and even overseas, the women's peer coaching program, the Fulfilled Self, has just celebrated the graduation of seven women from its second round training last evening in Beijing.

The program was launched last year to bring the best international practices to help Chinese women make better work and life balance, by Canadian woman's leadership expert Emily Roblin, and Zhao Jing, CEO of ChinaWise, a business advisory firm in Chicago.

The program lasts three months, offering trainings for women in six aspects: finding their own strength, improving their self-esteem and confidence, building a healthy lifestyle, evaluating, managing and extending relations, carrying out efficient and influential communications, and taking actions to seek sustainable growth.

Participants of this program are of diversified backgrounds such as lawyers, investors, painters, and so on. This year, the program will be held in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou at the same time.
