Lu Yushun, an ink artist from Harbin, Heilongjiang province, is holding his solo show at National Art Museum of China.

Lu is known as a representative artist of the so-called New Literati Ink Painting School that emerged in the 1990s. His works are often characterized by poetic depictions of landscapes commonly seen in northeastern China and the use of mythic figures and symbols.
