The China Collaborative Innovation Center for Theater Arts Management, the first institute of its kind in China, was launched recently in Beijing.

Co-founded by 14 theatrical organizations including Central Academy of Drama, National Theater of China and Beijing Poly Theater Management Company, the center will devote itself to the research and advocacy of theater cultural management, which is a new subject in China.

The center will also provide consultancy for theater organizations, hold academic seminars and train theater personnel.
