A leap forward

Internationally renowned choreographer Lin Hwai-min founded Cloud Gate 2 in September 1999 to offer young dancers a platform to showcase their talents and to spread the joy of dancing. In addition to holding concert, Cloud Gate 2 has reached out to people of different social classes every year by giving free performances. The company made its US debut tour in February 2012. It is coming to Beijing to join the Dance Festival of The National Center for the Performing Arts to perform four works by their award-winning choreographers - Bulareyaung Pagarlava, Huang Yi, Wu Kuo-chu and Cheng Tsung-lung.
