For seven years, Surge Festival has attracted a following in Beijing with its "affordable art". The event will come to Shanghai this weekend. Affordable Art China will present hundreds of emerging artists' works, including photographs, sculptures, paintings and prints, all priced at no more than 30,000 yuan ($4,770), at River South Art Center.
