Olympic dinner

As London 2012 Olympic Games approaches, Kempinski Hotel Beijing's Dragon Palace provides the opportunity to take a walk down memory lane and relive the Beijing 2008 Olympics. Executive Sous Chef Frank Zhang has created a nine-course menu, including lobster and premium beef, which he cooked for State leaders during the Beijing Olympics. Italian restaurant reopens

The Daccapo at the Regent Beijing, has reopened at a brand new location, with better ambience. With award-winning chef Mario still holding the kitchen, the restaurant offers a new creative menu, including salad of lobster, fennel and orange jelly. Chynna at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing introduces a delicious selection of specially made dim sums. Up to 30 authentic Cantonese dim sums are available every day for lunch.
