A 23-year-old Chinese graduate student has been identified as one of the victims in Monday's explosions at the Boston Marathon. Boston University confirmed that Lu Lingzi, a female student at the university, was one of three people killed in the bombings that also left more than 170 injured. An investigation is continuing.
