IOC President: China's bidding offers a new approach for the Winter Games

Thomas Bach, president of International Olympic Committee, said China will have a good chance in the bidding for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in an exclusive interview with China Daily on Tuesday.

"China is worldwide known as a reliable organizer. We all still remember the brilliant Olympic Games in 2008 in Beijing. So I think China will have a good chance, but it’s not an easy race," Bach said.
