CAIRO - Egypt will hold the presidential elections before the parliamentary polls, interim President Adli Mansour said in a televised speech on Sunday.
The interim president said that during the national dialogues, the majority of the political parties and forces appealed for holding the presidential elections first.
The newly approved constitution allows the interim president to make amendments to a roadmap set forth by the military for the transitional period with regards to the order of holding the parliamentary and presidential elections.
