Truck, minibus crash kills 15 in Argentina

BUENOS AIRES - At least 15 people were killed and 20 others injured in a car crash Friday afternoon in Argentina's western city of Mendoza, local media reported.
A truck collided head-on with a minibus en route from Cordoba to Mendoza on the No 7 national highway and both vehicles caught fire immediately after the crash, the El Clarin daily said.
Matias Roby, health minister of the Mendoza city, that 28 passengers and two drivers were traveling on the minibus, among whom 15 died.
"We are seeing burned, unrecognizable bodies," said Gabriela Sosa, a journalist, was quoted by El Clarin.
Foreign tourists were among the injured, including two children, the report said, adding two of the injured were in serious condition.
