Chinese singer Tan Jing played the leading role, Goddess, in the show. The love story is set in the future, incorporating stage elements from plays, dances, magic shows and acrobatics.
The singer attracted attention after performing at Beijing's Olympic Opening Ceremony in 2008.
Attraction premiered at the former Olympic Games venue in 2012, directed by famous filmmaker Lu Chuan. Since then, it has become a must-see for tourists. Singers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, including Tan Jing, Tan Weiwei and Kenji Wu, have performed in the show during the past four years.
