On Jan 10, Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality announced it will take over management of a set of luxury apartment towers at Serenity Coast, a leading property project in Sanya, China's top tropical tourist resort.
Sino-US joint venture Diaoyutai MGM has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Serenity Coast in Beijing.
Under the agreement, it will become the property management consultant of three flat towers within the project, and they will adopt the Diaoyutai MGM brand. The towers have a total of 614 apartments with an average area of 180 square meters and a terrace as wide as 9 meters offering a rare view of Xiaodonghai Bay and Luhuitou Bay in Sanya.
The area also has a group of five-star hotels, including the Anantara, Golden Tulip and IHT.
