BEIJING - China will issue real estate registration rules by the end of June 2014, Hu Cunzhi, vice minister of land and resources, said Thursday.
The move, which is in line with the central government's requirements, aims to better implement property laws, safeguard real estate transactions and protect legal property rights, Hu said.
As the Chinese government has resolutely vowed to transform its functions and reform the administrative system, a key task is building a real estate registration system, the vice minister said.
