Chinese shares inch up from 6-month low - June 14

BEIJING -- Chinese shares rebounded mildly on Friday after the key Shanghai index slumped to its lowest level in six months on Thursday.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.64 percent, or 13.69points, to end at 2,162.04. The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.56 percent, or 47.03 points, to 8,479.46.
