BEIJING -- The Shenzhen Component Index on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange closed at 8,470.87 points on Tuesday, up 0.79 percent.
A Share Index: 9,492.28 points, up 74.37 points, or 0.79 percent;
B Share Index: 5,396.09 points, up 4.91 points, or 0.09 percent;
Total Turnover: 80.0 billion yuan ($12.97 billion).
