A factory fire in Zhejiang province was only detected three hours after it started due to the heavy fog in the area.
Smoke came out at 11 pm on Sunday from a furniture factory in Anji county, Zhejiang province, Enorth.com.cn reported.
Surveillance video from the factory showed that open flames erupted at 12 am on Monday.
But due to the heavy fog in the area, the fire was not detected by nearby residents until 2:50 am.
After 10 hours, 60 firefighters put out the fire at noon on Monday. The burned area reached 1,000 square meters and most of the products in the factory were damaged, the report said.
