A nursing home in Tianjin has opened offering what the owners are describing as facilities on a par with a high-star hotel.
The home hosts 150 beds with single rooms, double rooms and suites, as well as nursing care, medical services, meal delivery and all-day attendance, according to a local information portal, enorth.com.
It is also equipped with medical and health service stations, a rehab center, e-reading rooms, board game rooms and canteens.
Satellite television, wireless emergency calling systems and private toilets are available, and a safeguard system ensures 24-hours monitoring.
The director of the nursing home said 12 elders have moved in and most beds have been booked.
