Chinese vice-premier leaves for IFAD meetings

BEIJING - Chinese Vice-Premier Hui Liangyu left here on Tuesday for official visits to Slovakia and Switzerland and to attend the 36th Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome, according to a source with the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
Hui is making the visits at the invitations from the IFAD and governments of Slovakia and Switzerland, the source added.
