The Second Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) will be held here from February 26 to February 28, according to a decision reached at a meeting on Saturday by members of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, presided over the meeting.
