The body of a daredevil who disappeared in Southwest China was recovered on Tuesday night, the Beijing Times reported.
Yi Ruilong, 70, of Liaoning province, had been making a trial hang glider flight over Hanyuan Lake in Sichuan province on Sunday when he plummeted into the water.
The accident happened at about 5 pm and was caught on camera by witnesses.
Three rescue teams were deployed, resulting in the discovery of Yi's body at 8 pm on Tuesday.
An avid hang glider, Yi had flown over many mountains and lakes across China.
In 2009, his stunt across Huashan Mountain, Shaanxi province, covering 7 kilometers, lasted 15 minutes.
