Foreign diplomats and expats gathered in the Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Residence Compound on Tuesday to celebrate the compound's success in winning a Beijing Five-Star Property Management rating.
Upgrading the equipment and facilities including air-conditioned rooms, a thermal substation, a high voltage distribution room and public areas in 2012, the Liangmaqiao DRC took first place out of more than 100 participating enterprises and won the honorary Beijing 5 Star Property Management rating.
The good environment and thoughtful service in the compound was highly praised by foreign diplomats and expats, who said the compound gave them a feeling of being at home.
The compound is still improving its facilities and aims at winning nationwide recognition in the future, said Jiang Qi, general manager of Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions, to which the Liangmaqiao DRC is affiliated.
