Hubei fireworks plant blast kills 4

WUHAN - Four people were killed on Wednesday in an explosion at a fireworks plant in Central China's Hubei province, authorities said.
The blast happened around 11 am when workers were putting explosives into fireworks at the Jinli Fireworks Co., Ltd. in Qingshan township of Chongyang county, said a spokesman with the county government.
The case is being investigated.
