Expressway drivers run over truck victim

A man was knocked over on an expressway and then run over by 33 drivers, the Xinhua News Agency reported on Monday.
The man, surnamed Tang, was hit by a truck as he attempted to cross the expressway in Jiangmen, Guangdong province, at about 10 pm June 30.
As Tang was lying on the road he was run over by 33 vehicles, according to the report.
Police located the first vehicle and the driver of the truck in Shandong province on July 3.
Police have since identified 27 of the cars involved and 20 drivers have agreed to pay compensation to the victim's family, the report added.
