All exports that are subject to mandatory inspection and quarantine will be exempt from inspection and quarantine fees from Thursday until the end of the year, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine announced on Thursday.

The move is aimed at promoting exports, according to the administration.

The exemption will also cover transport tools, containers and all other items that are subject to mandatory inspection and quarantine, the administration said.
