Youth training camp wraps up

An international youth survival training camp event ended on Aug 5 in Jinchang, Gansu province.
The training activity attracted 281 youngsters from more than 10 countries and regions, including Nigeria, Pakistan and the Philippines, as well as 18 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
It was sponsored by the General Administration of Sport of China, several Gansu provincial government departments and the Jinchang city government.
The youngster participants received training on such sports as BMX racing, desert and mountain wildness survival skills, emergency medical care, barrier wall crossing and river crossing by relay.
