An 18-year-old senior high school graduate made 70,000 yuan ($11,400) this summer holiday teaching other students to prepare for the college entrance examination in Dengfeng county, Henan province, according to Dahe Daily.
Feng Haoyi was admitted to study computer science at Beijing Institute of Technology this July. He graduated last year but gave up his chance to go to college, aiming for a better offer this year.
After he retook this year's college entrance examination, Feng rented two apartments, hired friends as teachers and enrolled some 100 high school students for summer classes to help them prepare for the examinations.
