A man has surrendered himself to police after allegedly setting off a homemade explosive device at a steel factory in Beijing's Changping district, the Beijing Times reported on Tuesday.
Nobody was injured in the blast, according to the district's fire department, which dispatched four fire trucks to Hongye Steel Factory, after receiving a call at 8:30 am on Monday.
Police said the bomber was an employee of the steel factory, who had disputes with his employer.
