The man who police say killed a young girl in Beijing was transferred on Aug 14 to a local procuratorate for examination and prosecution, people.com.cn reported.
The man, identified only as Han, was one of two who argued with a women pushing a stroller with her sleeping 2-year-old toddler inside after the men tried to park their car near a bus station on July 23. The two men accused the woman of getting in their way.

Police arrested Han 18 hours later, and the other man gave himself up on July 25.
