Top Chinese legislator to visit 4 nations

BEIJING - Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), will visit Uganda, Nigeria, Slovakia and Russia from September 16 to 25.
During his visit to Russia, Zhang will attend the 7th meeting of the China-Russia Parliamentary Cooperation Committee, according to the press office of the NPC Standing Committee.
