Faulty door causes Beijing metro delays

A Beijing subway train suffered a morning rush hour malfunction causing a disruption to schedules, according to Beijing Metro's verified Sina micro blog.
Metro workers on the Batong Line had to evacuate a train with a faulty door and guide passengers onto following trains around 8:15 am, the post said.
This is not the first malfunction on the Beijing metro.
According to a report on China Central Television on Aug 4, there have been 108 malfunctions since January 2012 and 46 of them happened during rush hour.
