Seven killed in C China expressway accident

CHANGSHA - Seven people were killed in an expressway accident in central China's Hunan Province on Sunday, local police said.
The accident happened around 6:35 a.m., when a small utility vehicle (SUV) crashed through the central barrier and had a head-on collision with a truck on a section of the Jinggang'ao Expressway that links Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao. The two vehicles then burst into flames, killing five in the SUV and two in the truck.
Local traffic police are investigating the cause of the accident.
