Award for cleaner slapped by rude driver

A female sanitory worker in Central China's Wuhan city has been awarded 1000 yuan by local authorities for showing restraint after insulted by a driver littering on the road.
The worker, Liu Fuxiang, told police that a BMW driver tried to eject her when she tried to stop him from littering and then slapped her when she intended to write down his car number.
Later, the young man drove away without any apology.
Local police have launched an investigation.
