Mahjong helps tie the knot
The magic of mahjong, the traditional Chinese game, brought a pair of lovers together, leading them to have a mahjong-themed wedding, reported Chutian Metropolis Daily on Monday.
At a special wedding ceremony held in Central China's Hubei province on Sunday, a dice was given to the bride as a token of love instead of a wedding ring, and instead of "I love you", the groom said, "You are the mahjong tile I need to complete my life,"to demonstrate his love.
The two lovers got to know each other and fell in love playing mahjong three years ago. So they decided to hold their wedding with a mahjong theme to celebrate how the game brought them together.
