Man dressed as pig sells pig trotters
A vendor dressed like the pig Zhu Bajie, a character from the classic novel Journey to the West, selling roasted pig's trotters on a street in Changchun, Jilin province, drew a lot of attention from passersby, dfic reported on Tuesday.
In the novel, Zhu Bajie was exiled from Heaven for misbehavior and was reborn as a pig-man on Earth. The funny outfit proved an effective marketing stunt that dramatically boosted the vendor's sales.
