Sick woman has loyal boyfriend and hardhearted family
A 20-year-old woman in Putian, Fujian province has her life hanging in the balance because her family wouldn't help her. She was diagnosed with aplastic anemia in April, which can only be cured with a matching bone marrow donation. She has a high chance of a matching donor as she has a brother and sister.
However, sadly, both of them refused and dodged her request for a donation with many reasons.
Now the woman can only keep herself alive with the transfusion of blood platelets, which costs 7500 yuan ($1,208) a month. She has to depend on her boyfriend, who she's known for half a year, to lend her money to support her.
In our final story, visit the restaurant that hangs its sign upside down.
