To help audiences better appreciate the artwork, the exhibitors colored the place according to the block where Boldini lived and used soft cloth as stand materials to convey the peace and tranquility of the "Belle Époque".
At the ceremony, Xie Jinying expressed China and Italy had made great achievements in cultural collaboration due to the Silk Road's link in history, which sets a good example for Chinese and Western civilization communication. He hoped the two countries would strengthen future cultural cooperation and start an even better China-Italy relationship.
Franceschini said in his speech that Italy and China respected each other's cultures and would definitely have more communication in the future. He wished the exhibition would bring Chinese audiences a fabulous visual and aesthetic feast.
The exhibition will end on October 9.
