The book, edited by Khenpo Sodargye, is a collection of Jigme Phuntsok's teachings.
Jigme Phuntsok died in 2004 at age of 71, and was a renowned contemporary Buddhism master of the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. He started his global tour to share his understanding of Buddhism in the 1990s and benefited tens of thousands of people around the world. His wish was to enlighten people and save them from unending suffering.
