Ni Ni joins Adrien Brody in 'Manhattan Love Story'

Chinese actress Ni Ni and American Adrien Brody have been tapped as the leads in the forthcoming romantic comedy "Manhattan Love Story."
The story itself revolves around a Chinese woman and an Italian man who meet and through a series of comedic and touching moments ignited by their cultural differences and fall in love in modern New York city.
Ni Ni is best known as the lead actress in Zhang Yimou's "The Flowers of War."
Adrien Brody won the Best Actor award at the Oscars in 2002 for his role in "The Pianist."
"Manhatten Love Story" is set to begin shooting next month in New York with a budget of $15 million.
A release date for the film has yet to be set.
