Los Angeles: ARTS APPRECIATION

Representatives of the Chinese Ministry of Culture's Bureau for External Cultural Relations; the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and TV; and the National Base for International Cultural Trade hold certificates of recognition from the City of Los Angeles. Joining them are City Council Member Tom LaBonge (center); Olga Gary-English (right), executive director of the city's Cultural A2airs Department; and China's consul for culture in Los Angeles, Che Zhaohe (second from right).
