Toronto: Advertising ace The Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corp and China's Sina Corp announced Hu Ruobing (far right) as the winner of their contest to use social media in promoting winter travel to Canada's most populous province. Hu, who works for advertising firm McCann Worldgroup Beijing, won for copy written about winter from among 1,700 entries on Sina's Weibo microblogging service.
