Reservoirs
China is to build three more large reservoirs on the Yellow River, the nation's second longest, after authorities approved the plan last month. After six years of planning, the State Council, or cabinet, has approved the Comprehensive Plan for the Yellow River Basin (2012-30), focusing on solving the waterway's problems.
