China's main food processing industry has great potential for growth. Food experts estimated that the country's steamed bread business could reach a value of 300 billion yuan ($48.45 billion) in the near future, and the ready-made dishes industry is valued at 1 trillion yuan, according to a report on the Ministry of Agriculture's website.
