In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, Star of the Sea by Joseph O'Connor and Last Man on the Moon by Gene Cernan.

Rugby.
What do you do in your free time?
Spend time with my children, exercise, read, watch movies and sport.
Is there any Chinese cuisine you are interested in?
I like most Chinese food.
What are your favorite cities in the world and why?
London, Paris, Rome, Prague, New York, Washington, Istanbul, Cape Town, Havana, Sydney. They are all unique, cosmopolitan and give you a sense of history.
What movies have you watched recently?
Lincoln, Django Unchained and Life of Pi.
What was the most crazy thing you did when you were a child?
I acted professionally on stage for five years.
What was your first full-time job?
I did articles at Arthur Andersen in Durban, South Africa.
