Fu Ying, chairwoman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, briefing her fellow participants at the 27th Asia-Pacific Roundtable in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday on the concept of the "China Dream" and how it relates to Asia and the world. The three-day event, with the theme Strategizing Change in Asia, will see senior officials, diplomats, policymakers and academics from all over the region discuss a wide range of issues.
