Li Jian, deputy head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, which will launch a safety inspection campaign from June 20 to the end of September to ensure flight safety. China Express Airlines has been ordered to reduce 30 percent of flights after some of its crews were found to have worked overtime this year, the CAAC said. More than 20 pilots and crew members of the airline were punished.
