Another 300 million people will move to cities by 2030, when China's urbanization rate reaches 66 percent, Han Jun, deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, predicted at the annual conference of the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. Challenges remain in the country's urbanization process in terms of providing basic public services to an increasing migrant population, Han said.
