"The sanitation of toilets in the expressway service areas in Yunnan is the worst in China."

Li Jiheng, governor of Yunnan province, said at a meeting about living environment conditions on Sunday. The province will allocate 500 million yuan ($81.5 million) over the next five years to upgrade its sewage and garbage treatment facilities.
