Military activities account for 7 percent of all flight delays in China, China News Service reported on Sunday. Larry H.P. Lang, a Hong Kong economist, wrote in his micro blog on Tuesday that the People's Liberation Army air force controls 80 percent of China's airspace, which partly accounts for the frequent flights delays.
